An outdoor enthusiast and mother to 3 fun and spunky kids, Tricia Williams has always had a natural knack for spontaneity. She is the kind of woman you will leave a conversation with welcoming new perspectives and ideas, accredited to her passion for constant learning to give back. Leaving Penn State University with a BA in Business Management and a minor in Marketing & Advertisement, she has since used her education to better the communities within and around her.
With over 20 years of experience, Tricia handled the “entrepreneur” title with ease, starting her first e-commerce brand in 2017 that is still thriving today as Cairn Collective although she has passed the ownership torch forward. The business was responsible for planting nearly 5,000 trees through a partnership with a notoriously environmentally active non-profit, One Tree Planted before it was sold.
Following the pandemic in 2020, it was evident to Tricia that many companies were shifting the way they were doing business, and marketing and advertising were the starting players. Small businesses in her community were looking to build marketing strategies that would withstand this newly fluid environment; so, born was Tricia’s second business launch, Social Clover Marketing.
Although born and raised in Pennsylvania, Tricia has traveled around the country, living out of a Jeep Grand Cherokee, camping with her husband, and exploring National Parks along the way well before “van life” was a thing. Accompanied by her two dogs and 8 chickens who mirror her same outgoing personality, Tricia aspires to start a small farm that provides a therapeutic haven for individuals to disconnect so that they can reconnect. She is an active volunteer at a local horse rescue and animal sanctuary where she and her family foster an off-the-track thoroughbred named Rosie. Tricia has spent a great deal of time working with Rosie since 2021 re-teaching her how to be a “normal horse” and how to “live life” after the track.
It could be the notebook attached to her hip to capture her effervescent, creative mind, or the adventurous, outdoorsy spirit she carries––but whatever it is, your time with Tricia Williams is well spent.

I cannot say enough good things about Social Clover Marketing and working with Tricia. I would give 10 stars if I could. They are responsive and transparent. It is not always easy to find companies that prioritize small businesses, but Social Clover Marketing does just that. Tricia is great to collaborate with and gives honest feedback with respect to marketing and growing the business.
Creative, organized, motivated- Cannot say enough great things about Tricia and Social Clover Marketing. Tricia helped lead us in the right direction towards marketing our privately owned dental practice. She is always readily available to answer any questions we have and offer suggestions for the best approach. We have seen tremendous results since working with Tricia and Social Clover Marketing!
We have owned New Jersey Teacher to Teacher for over 15 years. Working with Social Clover Marketing has been both positive and pleasant. We saw a drastic difference in our social media presence almost immediately. Tricia is hard working and very easy to communicate with! She is quick, creative, and flexible… we found our “lucky four leaf clover” marketing expert!
Tricia from Social Clover is fabulous. Her ideas are innovative and creative. She was able to take the essence of our professional development business and dig deep into our mission to create stimulating social media posts. Most importantly, since we are only 2 employees, she is self-starter that ran with EVERYTHING right away. She includes us in her ideas but she is extremely independent and trustworthy with her processes. It amazed me how quickly she got to know our industry-like she had been working with us for years!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
