Tricia?
An outdoor enthusiast and mother to 3 fun and spunky kids, Tricia Williams has always had a natural knack for spontaneity. She is the kind of woman you will leave a conversation with welcoming new perspectives and ideas, accredited to her passion for constant learning to give back. Leaving Penn State University with a BA in Business Management and a minor in Marketing & Advertisement, she has since used her education to better the communities within and around her.
With over 20 years of experience, Tricia handled the “entrepreneur” title with ease, starting her first e-commerce brand in 2017 that is still thriving today as Cairn Collective although she has passed the ownership torch forward. The business was responsible for planting nearly 5,000 trees through a partnership with a notoriously environmentally active non-profit, One Tree Planted before it was sold.
Following the pandemic in 2020, it was evident to Tricia that many companies were shifting the way they were doing business, and marketing and advertising were the starting players. Small businesses in her community were looking to build marketing strategies that would withstand this newly fluid environment; so, born was Tricia’s second business launch, Social Clover Marketing.
Although born and raised in Pennsylvania, Tricia has traveled around the country, living out of a Jeep Grand Cherokee, camping with her husband, and exploring National Parks along the way well before “van life” was a thing. Accompanied by her two dogs and 8 chickens who mirror her same outgoing personality, Tricia aspires to start a small farm that provides a therapeutic haven for individuals to disconnect so that they can reconnect. She is an active volunteer at a local horse rescue and animal sanctuary where she and her family foster an off-the-track thoroughbred named Rosie. Tricia has spent a great deal of time working with Rosie since 2021 re-teaching her how to be a “normal horse” and how to “live life” after the track.
It could be the notebook attached to her hip to capture her effervescent, creative mind, or the adventurous, outdoorsy spirit she carries––but whatever it is, your time with Tricia Williams is well spent.

Samihah?
A 2017 graduate of Wilson High School and digital design enthusiast, Samihah took to the collegiate life with ease. Majoring in Business, Marketing & Management at Penn State Berks, Samihah achieved Dean’s list every semester throughout her academic career at PSU, but the accolades did not stop there.
Post pandemic, Samihah interned at Social Clover Marketing where she fell under the wing of the owner, Tricia Williams, also a PSU Alumni, learning the ins and outs of digital marketing with a specific focus on social media and account management. She was also the award recipient of the “2021 Penn State Berks Outstanding Internship in Business Award in the Division of Engineering, Business, & Computing”
Following graduation, she joined Social Clover Marketing as the Marketing Assistant and has since been promoted to Social Media Account Manager. “Samihah is a bright, charismatic, hard-working individual who I am grateful to have as part of the team!
